About US
At Bobkas, we believe that food is more than just nourishment—it's a story, a memory, and a connection to home. Our journey began with a deep love for the comforting flavors of childhood, inspired by the simple yet heartfelt dishes made by my mother and community.
After studying at the San Francisco Institute of Baking and spending three years working in a bakery, I realized that my true passion lay in sharing my culinary heritage. I wanted to bring a taste of home to this part of the world—food that is warm, nostalgic, and uncomplicated, but full of meaning.
At Bobkas, every dish carries a piece of my story, crafted with love and tradition. From Middle Eastern salads and fresh breads to baked goods, our offerings are meant to be shared, bringing comfort and joy to every table. Whether you grew up with these flavors or are discovering them for the first time, we invite you to experience the simple pleasure of food made from the heart.
